• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,630 - $2,770

Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Operating room experience strongly preferred, including Level 1 trauma exposure
• Ability to independently circulate complex cardiac cases
• Telemetry experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Circulate complex adult cardiac surgery cases in a high-acuity operating room
• Support procedures involving CABGs, structural heart cases, minimally invasive cardiac surgeries, and heart failure interventions
• Assist with advanced cardiac procedures such as TAVIs, VADs, ECMO, artificial heart, and transplant cases as needed
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain patient safety, accurate documentation, and strong clinical standards throughout each case
• Adapt quickly to changing case needs in a dynamic surgical environment
