Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- ACLS and PALS required
- CEN preferred
- Trauma nursing experience and critical care experience preferred
- Strong foundational nursing skills with the ability to care for all patient populations
- Must meet Pennsylvania clearance and pre-start screening requirements
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced emergency healthcare setting
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
- Respond quickly to changing patient needs and prioritize care appropriately
- Support trauma and critical care cases as needed in a Level I Trauma Center
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
- Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes
