Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• ACLS and PALS required
• CEN preferred
• Trauma nursing experience and critical care experience preferred
• Strong foundational nursing skills with the ability to care for all patient populations
• Must meet Pennsylvania clearance and pre-start screening requirements
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced emergency healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs and prioritize care appropriately
• Support trauma and critical care cases as needed in a Level I Trauma Center
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Deliver compassionate patient care while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes
