• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150 - $2,260
• Call Requirement: 10–11 days per month
• Weekend Coverage: On-call only
• Specialty: OR Circulating / Perioperative Nursing

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of Operating Room circulating experience required
• Experience in Orthopedic, OB-GYN, and General surgery procedures required
• Urology and Ophthalmic surgery experience preferred
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a surgical and perioperative team environment
• Strong understanding of professional nursing standards, patient safety, and OR workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process in the operating room
• Circulate for a variety of surgical cases while supporting safe, efficient workflow
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain patient safety and help promote positive surgical outcomes
• Respond to call requirements as scheduled
• Adapt to a fast-paced OR environment with professionalism and attention to detail
