Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • At least 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
  • 1 year of current experience in progressive care or intermediate care preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality critical care nursing to cardiovascular and ICU patients
  • Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to support optimal outcomes
  • Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete patient records in a timely manner
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit environment
