Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- CNOR preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- Strong experience supporting a wide range of OR procedures and surgical cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced perioperative environment with rotating weekday and weekend call coverage as needed
- Oregon RN license preferred; pending licensure acceptable at submission per assignment guidelines
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care throughout the perioperative process
- Assist with a broad range of surgical cases, including orthopedic, general, neuro, vascular, urology, gynecology, trauma, pediatric, and robotic procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, sterile technique, and surgical workflow
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and the surgical team to ensure smooth case progression
- Document accurately in Epic and support a seamless patient care experience
- Participate in weekday scheduled shifts and call coverage as assigned
- Deliver high-quality care to adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
