ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Assignment in Greenville, North Carolina

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care nursing experience required
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Ability to manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Experience titrating drips and working with close patient ratios preferred
  • PALS and EPIC experience preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
  • Titrate drips and support advanced critical care interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
  • Support a 1:1 patient care ratio and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Work scheduled 12-hour night shifts, including occasional weekends as needed
