• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910-$2,010
• Setting: Acute care Med/Surg Telemetry Observation unit
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 9/28/2026
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Unit Size: 10 beds
• Charting System: Allscripts
• Float: May float to other Med/Surg units and ICU for Med/Surg overflow patients
• Location: Show Low, Arizona

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• ACLS and BLS required
• NIHSS required
• PALS preferred
• Ability to work night shifts in a telemetry-capable environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for Med/Surg and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with charge nurses, tele techs, HUCs, and PCTs to support smooth unit operations
• Deliver care through strong assessment, medication administration, and documentation practices
• Manage patient assignments in a unit with ratios of 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights
• Support additional Med/Surg and ICU overflow needs as assigned
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and a team-oriented care environment
