- Schedule Highlights: No weekends, holidays, or on-call required
Job Requirements
- RN certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in ICU nursing, transplant care, or acute care preferred
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Responsibilities
- Triaging post-transplant patient calls with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Reviewing lab results and escalating concerns to the appropriate clinical team when needed
- Scheduling diagnostic testing and transplant-related procedures as indicated
- Entering electronic prescriptions accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Supporting clinic preparation and day-to-day workflow in a busy transplant care setting
- Performing patient assessments when needed to support quality patient care
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, self-driven approach
