Job Requirements

• Current and active New York RN license in hand
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• BSN preferred
• Ability to work rotating call as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in the Operating Room
• Support surgical procedures by preparing the room, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and communicate changes promptly
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient OR environment
• Follow established surgical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices
• Respond to rotating call responsibilities as assigned
