Travel Hospice Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) – Bend, Oregon

  • Setting: Hospice / Homecare / Home Health
  • Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
  • Shift Coverage: Any shift
  • On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Once per week
  • Coverage Area: La Pine, Madras, Sisters, and Prineville
  • Productivity Expectation: 28

Job Requirements

  • Active Oregon RN license
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Hospice nursing experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Experience with HCHB is a plus
  • Business casual dress code

Responsibilities

  • Provide hospice case management and skilled nursing support in the homecare setting
  • Complete patient assessments, care coordination, and ongoing plan-of-care updates
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families
  • Coordinate care across the service area and support continuity of services
  • Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage weekly on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled
  • Support productivity goals while maintaining excellent patient care
