Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with reliable attendance
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and prioritization skills
• Experience in an acute care or inpatient setting preferred
• Comfort with documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered medical-surgical nursing care
• Assess patient conditions and monitor for changes in status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, care provided, and patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Adapt quickly to changing patient needs while maintaining high-quality care
