• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST
• Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• On-Call: Required, alternating weeks (7 days on call / 7 days off call)
• Coverage Area: Marquette County and the western portion of Alger County
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Home health experience preferred
• Experience with HCHB preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative care team

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide RN case management for home health patients
• Supervise LPNs and support safe, effective patient care
• Complete patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
• Coordinate visits and care needs across the assigned service area
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support continuity of care by monitoring progress and updating care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, schedules, and documentation requirements
