• Setting: ICU / Float Pool
• Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12-hour shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950-$2,060
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Location: Gettysburg, PA 17325
• Work Environment: On-site travel nursing assignment with float coverage as needed
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Experience in ICU, CCU, or similar acute care settings preferred
• Ability to float between CCU, medical-surgical/telemetry units, and rehabilitation as needed
• Comfort caring for a variety of adult patient populations, including COVID-positive patients when needed
• Ability to meet facility compliance requirements and maintain a strong, flexible work ethic
• Availability to keep time off requests to 7 days or fewer when possible

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU and float pool settings
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to clinical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
• Adapt to varying patient acuity across CCU, medical-surgical/telemetry, and rehab units
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR, with EPIC experience highly valued
• Follow established protocols for patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care
• Support weekend, holiday, and floating coverage requirements as assigned
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
