Job Requirements
- Active Texas RN license or compact/multi-state RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry and/or LTAC nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to start no later than 08/24/2026
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to LTAC and Telemetry patients
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and leadership in patient care planning
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing learning and professional development
- Delegate and coordinate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care
- Support a collaborative healthcare team focused on patient safety and positive outcomes
