Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• All required certifications must be completed prior to start
• Strong communication, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and patient safety skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary behavioral health care team

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient status, respond to behavioral changes, and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Administer medications and complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with providers and care team members to support individualized treatment plans
