Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity critical care environment
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, assessments, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and prioritize care appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality, safety, and compliance
