Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in hand at the time of submission
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS and NIHSS preferred
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and stepdown-level patient care
• Experience supporting adult patients with complex medical and cardiac needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to adult cardiac stepdown patients
• Monitor telemetry, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Manage cardiac drips, IV therapy, and related nursing interventions as appropriate
• Administer medications and coordinate care based on patient needs and provider orders
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong communication with the care team
• Support a patient-centered environment with a focus on safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
