• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment
• Location: Show Low, AZ
• Setting: Acute care operating room / perioperative services
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Hours per Week: 40
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Orientation: Mondays
• Case Mix: General, Orthopedic, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT surgery
• Charting System: Allscripts

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required
• Circulating nurse experience in the operating room
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 patient care environment
• Comfort working with a variety of surgical specialties in a fast-paced surgical services setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient circulating support in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to support successful procedures
• Prepare for and assist with a broad range of cases, including general, orthopedic, neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT surgeries
• Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and strong attention to detail throughout the surgical workflow
• Support smooth case flow in a 4-OR environment
• Document accurately in the charting system and contribute to high-quality perioperative care
