• Shift: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 x 9s
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000-$2,100
• Call Schedule: Weekend call every 6 weeks and night call on a rotating 6-week schedule

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio
• Current CPR certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience required
• Experience in PACU, perioperative, or acute care settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound independent decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital nursing environment and responding calmly to urgent situations

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individualized patient care using the nursing process
• Monitor patients in the post-anesthesia phase and support safe recovery in the PACU
• Provide education to patients and families throughout the admission-to-discharge process
• Document care thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner in the medical record
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately
• Implement physician orders as written and notify providers of relevant changes in patient condition
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and report malfunctions appropriately
• Support team members through delegation and direction of appropriate tasks when needed
