- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,170 - $2,290

Job Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Certified Addiction RN credential required
- At least 1 year of registered nurse experience preferred
- Experience in behavioral health nursing or substance use recovery is a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment/post-offer drug screen
- Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and clinical judgment skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the healthcare needs of clients in the residential treatment unit
- Provide direct nursing care in collaboration with the medical director, nursing leadership, and program director
- Serve as a clinical resource and support for the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based care for adults receiving substance use treatment
- Monitor client conditions, assess needs, and help coordinate appropriate nursing interventions
- Support a safe, organized, and compassionate care environment
