Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Current CPR certification
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring certification required
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery or acute care nursing experience required
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly in urgent situations
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients
• Provide safe and accurate medication administration and treatment delivery
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the appropriate provider
• Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and discharge
• Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate clinical documentation
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient care environment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to promote positive outcomes
