This role supports a very busy emergency department with high patient volume and a strong commitment to quality, timely patient care. Candidates should be comfortable with a flexible travel assignment that may include floating to Psych ED and Pedi ED for patients age 15+ when prior pediatric experience is available.

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,310

- Duration: 20 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36-48 hours per week depending on contract preference
- Openings: 3
- Setting: Busy Emergency Department / Emergency Room
Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II ED experience, or 2+ years of recent Level III/IV ED experience
- Active, unexpired BLS certification
- Active, unexpired ACLS certification
- Active, unexpired TNCC certification
- Active, unexpired PALS certification
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks
- Willingness to complete and pass a telemetry assessment on day 1
- EPIC experience preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Critical care experience preferred
- Ability to work two weekends in a four-week schedule period and every other holiday
- Must be willing to sign through 01/09/2027 and work two of the three winter holidays, including surrounding dates
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Care for patients with varying acuity levels while maintaining safe patient ratios
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions with clinical confidence
- Interpret telemetry rhythms and recognize cardiac abnormalities promptly
- Support care across the ED, with flexibility to float to Psych ED and Pedi ED as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care during every shift
- Adapt to a high-volume department serving a large number of patients daily
