Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• At least 1 year of operating room nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical services setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience supporting perioperative care and sterile technique

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for patients in the operating room
• Assist the surgical team with safe, efficient perioperative workflow
• Support patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery as needed
• Maintain sterile field standards and follow established OR protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the surgical process
