• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,860 - $1,960
• Unit Type: Intermediate and Medical-Surgical
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Charting System: EPIC

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intermediate care and Med/Surg nursing
• Active RN license in any U.S. state or compact license accepted
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry
• EPIC charting experience required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical and intermediate care setting
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Deliver routine Med/Surg nursing care, including IV management and isolation precautions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support the plan of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
• Work effectively within a patient ratio of approximately 1:5, with flexibility up to 1:6 when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
