Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Strong operating room and circulating nurse experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in call coverage
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance surgical and perioperative environment
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support in the operating room and circulate as needed
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to support safe patient care
• Prepare the OR for procedures and maintain a clean, organized, efficient surgical environment
• Monitor patient status throughout the surgical experience and respond to changing clinical needs
• Assist with weekday and weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Deliver dependable, high-quality care while meeting team performance expectations
