• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070 - $2,180
• Orientation: 20 hours
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required
• Float: Required within the general care acute care division
• Additional Notes: Some holidays may be required based on operational need

Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• 2 years of acute care nursing experience within the last 3 years in the specialty
• Epic charting experience required
• Telemetry test required prior to start
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and float as needed
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse Med/Surg Tele patient population
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and support treatment plans
• Manage IVs, central lines, oxygen therapy, wound care, and common med-surg interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe, effective patient care
• Support patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and uphold strong clinical standards
• Float within the acute care division when needed
