• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,930 - $2,030

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of bedside clinical experience required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Experience in LTAC, long-term care, rehab, or acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and follow the established plan of care
• Complete timely nursing assessments and document patient responses accurately
• Support individualized care planning in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning from admission through transition
• Communicate changes in patient status to the appropriate care team members
• Supervise and support ancillary nursing personnel as needed
• Promote patient safety, staff safety, and a positive unit environment
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to quality outcomes
