• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Unit Environment: 13-bed ICU with overflow capacity
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact eligibility
• At least 1 year of RN experience required
• Critical care, ICU, med-surg, stepdown, or emergency department experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a high-acuity environment
• Ability to manage rapidly changing patient conditions with confidence and composure
• Experience with electronic health records preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing assessments, develop plans of care, and evaluate patient outcomes
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with nursing standards
• Provide care for critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and life-support interventions
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assist with management of ventilators, CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO, chest tubes, and central lines
• Support families and caregivers through education, communication, and coordination of care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and compassionate critical care
