- Schedule: Every 3rd weekend required, with holiday rotation
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required; Emergency Department or Critical Care experience strongly preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Current ACLS and PALS required within the expected timeline
- NIHSS and CPI required or strongly preferred based on assignment needs
- Dysrhythmia exam required
- CEN preferred
- Ability to care for patients across the lifespan, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations
- Strong assessment, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy Emergency Department with a focus on safety, efficiency, and positive patient outcomes
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and ongoing reassessment in a fast-paced ER setting
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with nursing standards and clinical protocols
- Care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including trauma, medical emergencies, pediatric needs, and critical illness
- Support stabilization, resuscitation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, respiratory therapy, and other care team members to coordinate efficient patient flow
- Monitor and respond to patients requiring drips, invasive lines, oxygen support, and advanced monitoring equipment
- Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and quality care in every interaction
- Document care accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
