• Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000–$2,100
• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift; Monday through Friday with one weekday off
• Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
• Start Date: August 10, 2026
• Setting: Infusion and oncology care environment
• Patient Volume: Approximately 7–9 injections/infusions per day
• Technology: Epic, Omnicell, Alaris Pumps, Infusystem pumps

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact eligible
• At least 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing or oncology nursing
• BLS required, or ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS
• ONS Chemotherapy Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, OCN, Vascular Access, or CRNI
• Experience with IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, and blood product transfusion
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work safely in a high-acuity healthcare environment and follow infection control practices

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated, evidence-based nursing care to infusion and oncology patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, blood products, and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Start IVs, place peripheral and central lines, and support vascular access needs
• Deliver patient and family education related to treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote quality outcomes and patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient daily workflow in a busy infusion setting
