• Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment

• Start Date: August 17, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks, with potential to extend up to 18 weeks
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• On-Site: Yes
• Additional Note: Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• Recent Emergency Department, Emergency Room, or Critical Care experience preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS required or must be obtained prior to direct patient care within the stated timeframe
• TNCC required
• CPI or de-escalation training required, with onsite completion available if needed
• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated, high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies
• Support triage, stabilization, resuscitation, and crisis intervention for patients of all ages
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Prioritize care effectively in a high-acuity, fast-moving clinical environment
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and calm under pressure
