- Shifts Per Week: 3
- Schedule: Nights, every other weekend, every other holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
- Start Date: 8/10/2026
Job Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of assignment or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Current BLS required; ACLS preferred and required within 6 months of hire if not held at start
- Dysrhythmia exam required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Experience with critical care support devices and therapies such as CRRT, IABP, Impella, EVDs, lumbar drains, Swan-Ganz catheters, vents, trachs, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced ICU environment
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a mixed MICU/SICU environment
- Perform detailed assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate response to treatment
- Administer medications and manage complex drips safely and accurately
- Monitor hemodynamic status and support patients requiring advanced life-support technologies
- Assist with the care of patients using ventilators, tracheostomies, CRRT, IABP, Impella, and other critical care modalities
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate patient-centered care
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and prioritize interventions appropriately
- Support patient and family education with compassion and professionalism
