Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in surgical services, operating room, circulating nurse, or recovery room care
• Current CPR certification at the healthcare provider level
• Current ACLS certification
• Strong patient assessment skills and the ability to adapt care based on patient needs
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nurse services in the operating room
• Support recovery room patient care as needed
• Assist the surgical team in other capacities according to established procedures
• Prepare patients for scheduled procedures and support patient assessment throughout the stay
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust nursing care processes to promote optimal care
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other specialists to ensure safe, efficient patient care
