Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing or critical care experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Epic experience required
• Experience in a Level I trauma center preferred
• Ability to care for patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CCU, progressive critical care, and related ICU settings
• Comfortable floating to multiple ICU areas and receiving competency validation as needed
• Professional, flexible, and ready to adapt to a fast-moving clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a busy ICU environment
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
• Deliver care across a variety of critical care units and support patient flow as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and use Epic efficiently in day-to-day workflow
• Support patients awaiting bed placement in ICU/PCCU, ED, and PACU settings when assigned
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent patient care
