• Shift: Day shift schedule, approximately 10-hour days
• Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday with one day off; approximately 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of assignment or compact state eligibility
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in medical/surgical, oncology, infusion, or related settings
• BLS certification preferred upon hire and required prior to direct patient care if not already held
• ONS Chemotherapy Certification required within 6 months of hire
• ACLS, OCN, Vascular Access, INCC, or CRNI certifications preferred
• Experience with electronic health records; Epic experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion and IV therapy patients with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality outcomes
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, chemotherapy, and blood products in accordance with clinical standards and policy
• Start and maintain IV access, place peripheral and central lines, and perform therapeutic phlebotomies as needed
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans based on clinical findings
• Serve as a patient advocate and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care
• Support a positive, efficient clinical environment while upholding professional nursing standards
