Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of professional nursing experience required; 2 years of ICU experience preferred
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC or TCAR required
- Experience with patient ratios of 2-3 preferred
- Cerner experience preferred
- Strong critical care knowledge across ventilator support, titratable drips, arterial line management, and neuro/stroke care
- Comfortable floating to MS/Tele as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to ICU patients with complex medical and surgical needs
- Monitor and manage ventilated patients, dysrhythmias, sedation, vasoactive drips, and other critical interventions
- Support stroke, trauma, cardiac, neuro, and multisystem organ dysfunction cases
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support coordinated, patient-centered care
- Document accurately and efficiently in the charting system while following unit protocols
- Float to MS/Tele when needed and provide dependable support across compatible units
- Promote infection prevention, safety, and excellent clinical outcomes throughout the shift
