Job Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; PCU, telemetry, step-down, or similar acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize and report changes in patient condition
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education with clear explanations and instructions
• Monitor patient status and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate medical records
• Support core measures and quality patient care initiatives
• Contribute to a healthy workplace culture through professional communication and conflict management
• Participate in continuing education and ongoing professional development
