Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or ER nursing experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital setting
• Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfort working night shifts and adapting to changing patient needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring in an acute care environment
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and clinical standards
• Respond quickly to changing patient conditions, emergencies, and urgent care needs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, timely patient care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical practice
