Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• No minimum years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Ability to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate bedside care
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts and participate in an every-other-weekend rotation
• Willingness to complete standard onboarding and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain timely charting
• Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on safety and teamwork
