• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: Full-time perioperative coverage with call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to work in Montana
• At least 1 year of Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience required
• Experience circulating and scrubbing in the operating room
• Background in orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy strongly preferred
• Ability to care for patients across the lifespan, from pediatric through geriatric
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working scheduled shifts plus call coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Support patients throughout the perioperative period, from admission to discharge
• Act as a patient advocate while maintaining a safe, efficient surgical environment
• Perform circulating and scrub duties as needed based on surgical case requirements
• Assist with a variety of procedures, including orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy cases
• Deliver high-quality care during regularly scheduled shifts and call coverage
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
