• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,870 - $3,020
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Shift: Day shift with variable start times
• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule Notes: No weekends or holidays; occasional early arrival or later departure may be needed for meetings
• Opportunity: Possibility of temp-to-perm

Job Requirements

• Current RN license required
• 5+ years of Operating Room nursing experience preferred
• Experience as an OR leader and with trauma cases
• CNOR certification preferred
• Strong understanding of AORN guidelines and evidence-based perioperative practice
• Experience with regulatory readiness, including survey preparation and compliance initiatives
• Comfort working in a collaborative surgical services environment and supporting staff scheduling systems
• Ability to provide direct patient care in the Operating Room
• HRO training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Operating Room operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork
• Help improve key performance indicators such as turnaround times and first-case on-time starts
• Support compliance efforts and maintain readiness for regulatory surveys
• Contribute to new project rollouts and sustain ongoing process improvements
• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and operational support
• Use scheduling and workforce systems to help coordinate staffing needs
• Provide direct nursing care for patients in the Operating Room when needed
• Promote safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care
