Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active RN license and nursing certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable supporting staffing coordination, patient movement, and emergency response
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced healthcare environment
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient placement and movement throughout the facility
- Support staffing needs in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Respond to emergency codes, traumas, and urgent clinical situations as needed
- Provide guidance and support to staff across departments
- Serve as a communication link between providers, staff, and other facilities
- Help maintain smooth daily operations in a busy acute care and critical care environment
- Promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
