Job Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification required
- 3 years of RN experience preferred in Med/Surg, Infectious Disease, and/or case management
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based care model
- Experience in outpatient clinic, clinical support, or healthcare coordination is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an Infectious Disease clinic setting
- Perform patient assessments, monitor symptoms, and support treatment plans
- Coordinate care with providers and assist with case management needs as assigned
- Educate patients and families on care instructions, follow-up, and wellness goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold excellent clinical standards
- Support smooth patient flow and contribute to a positive outpatient clinic experience
