Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
• Strong clinical background in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular cases
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in possible on-call coverage
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a busy surgical and perioperative environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in the operating room
• Support patients throughout the perioperative process with professionalism and attention to detail
• Prepare and maintain the OR environment for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team
• Deliver skilled nursing support for complex cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries
• Respond to changing priorities while maintaining excellent patient safety standards
• Participate in on-call coverage when required
