Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool and acute care environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to MedSurg and Telemetry patients
• Monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient care plans
• Float as needed within the assigned facilities and nursing units
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional care
