Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
  • PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care experience strongly preferred
  • Experience providing safe, attentive care in a fast-paced oncology nursing environment
  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
  • Comfort working night shifts while maintaining excellent patient care standards

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting
  • Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly
  • Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients and families
