Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
- PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care experience strongly preferred
- Experience providing safe, attentive care in a fast-paced oncology nursing environment
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
- Comfort working night shifts while maintaining excellent patient care standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly
- Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients and families
