Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred, with PCU, telemetry, or step-down experience strongly desired
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical needs
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfort working night shifts in a team-oriented hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to Progressive Care Unit patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support individualized care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes throughout the shift
