Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required
• Experience in telemetry, progressive care unit (PCU), or acute care preferred
• Ability to provide safe, efficient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to telemetry and PCU patients
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the medical record
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
• Support a team-based workflow while managing a 1:4-6 patient ratio
