- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Shifts Per Week: 3

- Unit: Cardiac Procedural & Surgical Unit / Cardiac Stepdown Unit

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent acute care nursing experience preferred
- Cardiac stepdown, PCU, telemetry, or post-surgical nursing experience strongly preferred
- Comfort caring for post-cardiac surgery patients and complex cardiovascular cases
- Ability to work night shifts and maintain strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced cardiac care environment
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for post-cardiac surgery and cardiac stepdown patients
- Monitor and manage patients with conditions such as post-cardiac surgery recovery and PCI
- Support patients receiving cardiac-related drips and therapies, including vasoactive and antiarrhythmic medications
- Care for patients with epicardial pacing wires, pacer boxes, trachs, PEGs, and chest tubes as needed
- Perform ongoing assessments, monitor telemetry, and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
