Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work night shifts and follow an every-other-weekend/every-other-holiday rotation
• Current compliance with standard onboarding, health history, and verification requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult medical/surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and thoroughly
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment
